Return & Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Vihaa Ethanics. We take pride in our quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Customized or altered items are not eligible for return.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our criteria.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at vihaaethanics@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).

Our support team will guide you through the return process and share the return shipping address.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Beyond that, the order may already be processed or dispatched.
